Clark Wood are happy to be working with a leading independent firm of chartered accountants in Newport who are seeking an experienced and driven Accounts Senior to join their dynamic team. This progressive firm, known for its diverse client base, is expanding and looking for an ambitious individual to take on a varied general practice role.
As an Accounts Senior, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing statutory and management accounts, along with corporation tax computations and returns. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries directly.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and review of statutory and management accounts.
Corporation tax computations and returns.
Direct client liaison and query resolution.
Use of accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero.
Skills:
ACCA/ACA Qualified or Finalist, with experience in a varied general practice role.
Strong knowledge of relevant accounting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software, including Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero.
