We are powered by Symmetry Financial Group, seeking Virtual Insurance Representatives to join our team and help us expand our customer base. As a Virtual Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and email communication. You will work closely with customers to determine their insurance needs and provide them with the appropriate policies to protect their assets. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly motivated, coachable, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through virtual meetings, phone calls, and email communication.
- Determine customer needs and provide them with appropriate insurance policies.
- Prepare product information for potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and regulations.
- Attend virtual training sessions and meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Active insurance license in the state(s) in which you will be selling policies or willingness to obtain one.
