Job Summary: The Hospitality Financial Analyst provides financial and business-related analysis and research for financial and expense performance, sales and market share analysis, hospitality performance reports, development project support regarding due diligence, and any other assigned related tasks in the hospitality department. The Financial Analyst will analyze financial data in hospitality to include food and beverage and supporting hospitality disciplines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze actual performance against forecast indicators.
- Work with Operations on business strategy, pricing, and performance reviews.
- Analyze present and future financial performance of assets.
- Compile Hotel performance reports and presentations.
- Perform financial analysis of new and existing projects.
- Research new and existing projects. Perform due diligence.
- Analyze Sales and Market share performance and STR Reports.
- Review Capital Expenditure requests for ROI and cash payback.
- Prepare financial reports by asset class – full service hotels, select service hotels, F&B, Art, Entertainment.
- Participate in Continuance Improvement projects and assess the saving calculations proposed by Operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance field. Minor in Real Estate or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in financial analysis for the Hotel / Hospitality, Multifamily and Retail Industry.
- Bank real estate project finance experience a plus.
- Advanced problem solving skills.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and follow-up and carry multiple projects through to completion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain effective working relationships with contacted agencies, co-workers, and management team.

Salary Description
$65,000 - $70,000 per year
