Description: This is a go-getter technology agnostic business analyst role with multiple major program experience. Business Analyst Lead (Reporting to IT Brand Transformation Leader).
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team and support their multi-year implementation of their new, united global brand.
Reporting directly to the Brand Transformation Leader, you will play a critical role in analyzing requirements, developing and implementing an overarching IT strategy aligned with the brand change objectives. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all IT activities related to the brand change initiative.
As a member of the brand transition core team, you will drive all IT work related to the branding rollout. This includes holding internal and external stakeholders accountable through formal agreements, representing the brand transition across the organization, and working with IT and business teams to determine acceptable windows for changes.
Additionally, you will collaborate with IT operations and enterprise applications to ensure that the scope of IT assets aligns with the broader application portfolio. You will assess existing systems and infrastructure for compatibility with the new brand identity, identifying necessary upgrades or enhancements. Data migration processes during the transition phase will also fall under your purview, where you will ensure data integrity and security.
Effective communication at all levels of management regarding progress updates, challenges, and recommendations is essential. Furthermore, you will provide post-transition support to resolve any IT-related issues that may arise after implementation.
Responsibilities also include identifying and escalating risks to leadership, ensuring that potential issues are brought to their attention in a timely manner for appropriate action and mitigation.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing complex initiatives involving various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Experience in successfully delivering major programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Subject matter expertise in both business and technology.
- Skilled in conflict management.
- Experience working in a matrix environment.
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field preferred.
- Progressive IT leadership experience over 7+ years in an IT environment with significant business exposure.
Skills:- Broad knowledge of IT systems and technology architecture.

- Ability to influence associates who are not in your direct reporting structure.
