Job Description:
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the finance department. The role involves performing essential accounting tasks such as managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling invoices, maintaining financial records, and processing payments. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including posting payments and following up on outstanding balances.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and maintaining general ledger accounts.
- Handle vendor communications, resolving discrepancies, and answering any inquiries related to billing.
- Process check requests, expense reports, and wire transfers as needed.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for all financial records and documentation.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc accounting tasks and projects as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in an accounting or clerical role is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and a desire to learn will be considered.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
