We are currently seeking to hire multiple Mid-Level Counterterrorism Watchlist Analysts to help support counterterrorism intelligence integration on a multifaceted U.S. Government program.
The Mid-Level Counterterrorism Watchlist Analyst will leverage numerous analytic tools and databases to evaluate information that bolsters the U.S. Government’s response to and prevention of potential threats to the homeland and interests abroad.
The Mid-Level Counterterrorism Watchlist Analyst will follow established criteria, standards, and policies as they review intelligence reports and submit analytic recommendations relating to the quality assurance and quality control of watchlist nominations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- TS/SCI with Poly
- Bachelor's degree desired; with a minimum of 5 years' experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to manage multiple sets of data
- Ability to apply operational judgment for decision making, to include accurate reading of reporting (customer and partner documents), intelligence reports, and technical data
- Research and analytical skills to efficiently use Sponsor databases
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through of SOPs
- Ability to accurately apply nomination criteria and to maintain high quality control standards
- Adept at learning new technologies
- Ability to work shift work and/or extended hours
- Detail-oriented with a proficiency for researching, analyzing, and prioritizing intelligence reports
- Ability to work with IC tools and databases
- Strong problem-solving, analytic, and written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
