Our real estate office is seeking a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments, and repairs, and ensure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities
- Ask for a positive review from buyers and sellers after the transaction has been completed
- Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales
- Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
- Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
- Perform other duties as required
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary
- Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
- Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
- Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals
Qualifications
- Obtained real estate license, pursuing a real estate license, or have previous experience working at a real estate brokerage or title company in transaction coordination
- Highly motivated problem solver
- This position is located in Nashua, NH, and is in-person
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
- Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
- 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry
- Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
Compensation
$40,000 yearly + commissions
