Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst
The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for working with a team to provide support to the Hospitality Enterprise Sales Team. The candidate will need to have advanced Excel knowledge and analytical skills. The successful candidate will have a diverse set of responsibilities. The individual will be responsible for the essential functions below, having primary responsibilities for a subset of these and assisting the team/peers with others through sales peaks and projects. Over the course of time, the individual will be expected to rotate through all of these areas, thus learning the broad set of fulfillment processes and growing/contributing to the larger team.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Creating and revising complex sales quotas and territories
- Maintain data within Anaplan and SalesForce
- Effectively manage Territory Mapping, Quotas and Funnel data
- Efficiently respond to requests for territory set up and compensation inquiries
- Producing reports to assist sales and others as needed
- Projects as required
Basic Qualifications:
- Language Skills: English Language proficiency is a must
- Advanced Excel skills is a must
- Demonstrated history of strong performance
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage details and be process-oriented

- Anaplan, SalesForce and Power BI knowledge is a plus
