Job Description Summary: This position is a critical role for the Workers' Compensation unit operations, providing support to leaders, team members, and the client. This individual will seek to understand the business, processes, and client to be successful. Key skills include analytical and problem-solving skills, organization, project management, reporting, communication skills, and attention to detail. Responsibilities focused in three primary areas: Projects, Operational Processes & Performance Management, and Reporting.
Experience in Worker's Compensation is not required, but helpful. Education will be provided to the extent needed regarding worker's compensation.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain performance metrics reporting for the program, team, and individuals.
- Manage accountability processes for deliverables from vendors, internal partners, and team members.
- Identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities and program feature upgrades.
- Manage implementation process for program feature upgrades and compliance projects.
- Create and maintain reporting and dashboards that support operations, compliance, and the client.
- Manage ad hoc client requests and projects through to delivery.
- Create and maintain documentation for department policies, processes, and training.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related academic field.
- 5+ years of experience in areas of project management, data reporting and analysis, operations lead, or analytics.
