We are currently seeking an International Tax Accountant who will be responsible for performing a variety of tax work including assisting with the U.S. international tax provisions and tax compliance. The selected candidate must be able to adapt to change (i.e. – look for process improvements with new tools and techniques, take on new tasks, etc.). They should be comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization and able to develop positive relationships to gather information and influence decision-making. This role will provide opportunities to cross-collaborate with various corporate departments and with the business controllers at the operating entities. This role will report to the International Tax Manager.
To include, but not limited to the following:
- Maintaining the global tax calendar to track due dates for local country tax returns, estimated payments, and other necessary filing requirements
- Review of tax workpapers to support foreign tax provision calculations
- Preparation of earnings & profits calculations
- Review of U.S. international tax forms including Forms 8858 and 5471
- Manage legal entity updates
- Assist with additional U.S. international information reporting
- Preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
- Research of U.S. international tax issues and staying up to date on changes
- Assist with local country request as they arise, including audit support
- Participation in Company initiatives and other miscellaneous projects as requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related.
- One or more years of corporate tax experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively when working with all levels both internally and externally
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and ability to work under changing priorities
- Ability to handle confidential information in a trustworthy manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Benefits and Compensation:
This role will be eligible for hybrid work flexibility based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $59,000 - $88,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
