Business Analyst – Reporting & Analytics - Human Resources
This team member will report to the Manager HR Analytics, Audits & Business Processes, and is responsible for providing reporting and analysis to all levels of management on Human Resources data. This individual will work with teams inside and outside of Human Resources in order to gain strong comprehension and in turn contribute to other U-Haul programs, supporting those goals and company strategy.
In this position you will:
- Build efficient reporting with HR program data that highlights areas for U-Haul company leadership to act on to get ahead of trend indicators identified.
- Provide thoughtful analysis and callouts to maximize impact of reporting.
- Perform analysis in areas such as compensation, job assessment testing, payroll, and benefits.
- Automate new and existing HR business processes for more efficient workflow.
- Work with other team members to build dashboards into Workday so leadership always has the most current data from which to manage.
- Query data from Workday to provide to management on request.
- Assist other HR departments with non-analytical and non-reporting processes as needed.
- Be responsible for after-hours work as needed.
- Be responsible for other work as needed, developing strength in execution to bring more and more value to U-Haul Team, helping to drive down costs and continuing your personal and professional growth.
