Job Title: Senior Financial Planning Analyst
Location: Reston VA or Remote
About This RoleResponsible for creating annual budget plans, monthly and quarterly forecasts, long-range plans, and monthly reporting for the entire global organization. Provides executive reporting and performs ad hoc financial analyses.
What You'll Do- Performs more complex financial analysis
- Generates revenue and expense forecasts
- Analyzes actual spending to budgets
- Maintains headcount tracker for forecasting salary expenses
- Provides support during annual planning cycle
- Works with budget owners to resolve any discrepancies
- Participates in various process improvement efforts; proposes new process improvements and actively looks for ways to drive efficiencies in day-to-day work
- May provide guidance to junior staff; trains, coaches, and mentors others
What You'll Need- 3-5+ years of financial analysis experience
- Full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
- Familiarity with Comscore’s business, organization, and its people
- Ability to autonomously resolve a wide range of issues of moderate complexity
- Ability to interact with senior management and present a professional and confident demeanor
- Able to seek and provide constructive feedback to others
