The Scoular Company is recruiting a collaborative, highly motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 Sr. Financial Systems Analyst. Our F&O Sr. Financial Systems Analyst will possess experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations. This includes complete full life cycle deployments. Systems analysis, project definition, and strategic and tactical planning skills are helpful to successfully implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and other related products at the Scoular Company, which result in a high level of business satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Partnering with other team members and business users, perform system analysis services to implement Dynamics 365 Finance with a focus on the Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Project Accounting, and other financial focused areas.
- Understand, communicate, interpret, and document business processes and requirements.
- Create and develop functional design specifications and gap/fit analysis documentation.
- Configure Dynamics 365 Finance environment to meet business requirements in the Finance and accounting organization, along with the finance teams in North America and Asia businesses.
- Partner with other team members on continuous process improvement activities (i.e., system enhancements).
- Work with the technical team to design, test, and implement customizations and integrations.
- With the help of other team members, provide end-user training and end-user support throughout the implementation.
- Perform ongoing support and configuration assistance to business units using D365 as needed via email, phone, or Microsoft Teams.
- Work with consulting and support partners to support and resolve technical and functional issues in the D365 system.
- Provide testing support using modern techniques in unit, UAT, and integration testing.
Minimum Requirements:
- Dynamics 365 implementation experience with more than one (1) full life cycle implementation and 4+ years of experience with Dynamics 365/AX required.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, computer science or information systems or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MS DevOps, Power Platform, Office 365, & D365 Data Management tools).
- Familiarity with systems integration mapping and testing.
- Experience in financial report development and financial data analysis using Power BI, Management report, and other financial reporting tools.
- Familiarity with cost accounting and cost management in the manufacturing environment.
- Experience in finance department and finance environments while creatively solving business/application issues.
- Familiarity with GAAP and international accounting standards.
- Experience with modeling financial business process and translating requirements into a business application.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Financial Certification in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
- Experience with international accounting in Mexico and Asia (multi-currency transactions).
- Experience using treasury & banking products, preferably Kyriba.
- Experience in the agricultural commodity industry and with commodity accounting practices.
- Project Management and/or experience with best practice implementation methodologies a plus.
- Work well as part of a team to meet deliverables.
- CPA license is a plus.
