Responsibilities:
- Play a lead role in accounting policy decision making, interpretation and research
- Take ownership for high profile projects tied to financial reporting for acquisition activities including purchase accounting and predecessor / successor accounting
- Liaise with Big 4 audit contacts related to technical interpretation issues
- Be responsible for management reports that are read and used by the Chief Financial Officer and all members of the financial leadership team
