Your Responsibilities on the Team
- Ensure timely purchase of correspondent loans and coordinate the resolution of pre- and post-funding documentation issues.
- Receive and track all pre-purchase and post-purchase suspense issues as identified by investors via fax, e-mail, and phone.
- Resolve all pre- and post-purchase suspense issues, involving Processing, Underwriting, and Corporate personnel as needed.
- Contact investors to ensure timely purchase of all correspondent loans.
- Maintain and distribute weekly Documentation and Underwriting Exception Report.
- Communicate purchased loans to Secondary Marketing personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Secondary Marketing Operations related area.
- Strong computer background with working knowledge of Excel and Word.
