BASIC PURPOSE: The Sr Disputes Analyst functions to ensure that all disputes escalated to the Operations Accounting team are received and responded to in adherence with Love’s established procedures in a timely fashion. This position will also work to update and build out Love’s fraud tools appropriately to mitigate future fraud. Additionally, it will lend oversight to others in the Disputes team and act as an initial escalation point on complex fleet card fraud cases while building out the current Love’s Dispute platform and KPI reporting.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:- Working on complex card disputes and fleet fraud cases.
- Provide direct support and initial oversight to disputes team member(s) on a day-to-day basis to build out their skills and act as the initial escalation point.
- Actively monitor and administer the Kount Mobile Fraud Dispute tool, ensuring adjustments are made in response to fraud activities.
- Act as SME on all future dispute project work to ensure efficiency and adherence to procedures in the build-out of the Love’s Disputes Platform.
- Develop, implement, and produce fraud and dispute KPIs for Executive Leadership around disputes and fleet fraud.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Education:Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Accounting, or Finance field preferred.
Experience:1-3 years experience in accounting preferred.
1-3 years customer service experience preferred.
SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Skills:Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel, SAP, AS400.
High level of direct customer contact requiring excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability and desire to work in a team environment.
Typical Physical Demands:Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
