Position Title
Senior Analyst – Global Talent
Reports to
The position reports to the Director, Global Talent Management, and is a collaborative partner with HR, IT, and associated vendors.

Position Overview
Provides broad technical and analytical support for the global talent management processes. Serves as the primary administrator of global talent-related technologies including configuration, testing, education, and troubleshooting.
Primary Responsibilities
This role is accountable for:
- Serve as process lead and system administrator of talent-related technology, including SAP SuccessFactors modules, for annual talent cycles and projects.
- Participate in the design, configuration, testing and implementation of other talent-related technology projects and third-party integrations.
- Create and maintain system and process documentation and related policies and procedures.
- Prepare and provide end-user training and job aids and train-the-trainer materials to ensure consistent execution of defined processes and standards in-system.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards, including those for HR and manager self service.
- Analyze and interpret data to support leadership insight and decision-making.
- Respond to user outreaches for support on talent-related processes and technologies promptly and thoroughly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional problems in the SAP SuccessFactors modules and other applications when issues arise.
- Support in maintaining consistency and integrity of HR data through oversight, problem-solving, and data clean-up.
- Review new features/functionality of existing talent-related technology and provide recommendations for implementation to help drive process/system improvements.
- Collaborate with IT to conduct testing and validate system upgrades, patches, and new releases.
- Participate in audit processes, as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Seasoned professional work experience
- 3+ years' experience in configuring, testing, implementing, administering, supporting, and reporting on SAP SuccessFactors Goals, Performance, Calibration, Succession, and Development modules, with broader knowledge across the SuccessFactors platform, including Employee Central. Experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, and/or Learning modules a plus.
- Understanding of human resources, including talent management processes
- Data analytics and visualization experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, macros/VBA, data mining, report-building) and PowerPoint skills required. SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Stories, SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or Microsoft Power BI skills highly desired.
