ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Deposits and records all accounts receivable
- Provides accounts receivable reporting to team members
- Processes paperwork for vendor approvals/inquiries
- Ensures all overhead invoices are properly coded and routed for approval
- Prepares and processes all company disbursements
- Allocates and posts equipment and materials to the active projects
- Reviews and posts credit card and expense reimbursements
- Enters new projects into CMiC
- Performs special projects as assigned
- Assists with ERP implementation
SKILLS:
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Understanding of core accounting concepts and best practices
- Ability to manage workload and consistently meet deadlines
- Solid computer skills; Highly proficient in Excel, Outlook, and accounting software
- Experience using Textura, Bluebeam, and CMiC is a plus
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and positivity
- Strong communication skills including listening, verbal, and written communication
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma required; two year or higher degree with Accounting emphasis preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Three years Accounts Receivable & Payable experience required; Construction accounting experience strongly preferred.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Verifiable work references demonstrating exceptional accomplishments, leadership, and communication skills
- Successful completion of post-offer background & drug screens
SALARY RANGE: The salary range for this position is $59,000 – 68,000 annually and is dependent on experience and title/rank of position offered.
