Overview:
This position actively participates in the development and execution of UF & Shands strategic and operational plans and contributes to the effectiveness of the Vice President of Managed care and leadership of UF Health. Facilitates financial, clinical and decision support information in a team environment for the purpose of interpretation of key drivers of payor contract and population management trends.
Qualifications:
- Required Education:
Bachelors degree in business, actuarial science or a health care related field required. 8 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a bachelors degree.

- Required Experience:
Employee Benefits, Managed Care or Healthcare System industry experience and at least two (2) years experience of the following areas: health economics, healthcare data analysis, project management, financial or reimbursement analysis
