Compensation:
$34.42 Hourly/$71,593.60 Annually

Position Summary:
This position serves as the Case Management & Reentry Administrator for Topeka Correctional Facility, supervising all case management and reentry functions.
Job Responsibilities: (may include but are not limited to the following)
- Supervises Unit Team Managers and R3 Coordinator to ensure that all case management, classification and reentry functions are coordinated to the benefit of the resident and to create an environment and plan for success.
- Works with the Classification Administrator to ensure that all risk reduction work is coordinated with custody and classification work, so they are well balanced, and for consistent decisions regarding the case.
- Work with your team members to ensure they are proficient and have the confidence to do their work.
- Establishes a tracking method to identify those residents who are high risk/need and in the time period to work on transition and reentry planning.
- Establishes sustained strategies and practices to ensure the use of EPICS and to ensure effective responses to behavior.
- Works with statewide staff to establish outcomes and data tracking to reflect progress.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree with major coursework in criminal justice, the social sciences, the behavioral sciences, or public administration.
- Three years of experience in the field of corrections, including at least one year of supervisory and administrative/management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five years’ experience working with adult felons.
- Five years’ experience in supervising staff or volunteers.
- Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based programming and core correctional practices.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of case management.
Licensing & Certification:
Valid Driver’s License
