What You’ll Do
Be a key part of the Proprietary Payments Finance Team where you will work closely with Payments experts across multiple functions, including Global Pricing, Global Network Analytics and Strategic Client management to build and manage Revenue financial plans and guide your business partners towards optimizing revenue-related business decisions through transparency and collaboration.
The right candidate enjoys building partnerships, leveraging technology and a natural curiosity to drive the business forward and optimize revenue.
Provides financial and business analysis support in support of business unit revenue.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You’ll Do It
Provides management with insightful analysis and reporting to make optimal business decisions.
Takes a leadership role in managing your business partner relationships as a primary point-of-contact for business Revenue.
Excels as the Line of Business (LOB) Finance organization “hub” connected to all the Finance organization “spokes” (e.g. Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, etc…)
Develops best-in-class forecasting and reporting tools that are easy to use and highly automated.
Performs as part of a dynamic team of Finance professionals all working together to achieve individual, team, business unit and company goals.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer impacting issues by participating in a strong risk management culture.
Develops profitability analyses and projections for over $4Bn of Annual Proprietary Revenue.
Analyzes customer behaviors and product profitability trends to understand financial implications and influence actions.
Develops and enhances financial models. Improves forecasting accuracy and drives business insights.
Provides management with strategic advice and financial analyses for investment decisions, pricing changes, and channel and segment expansions.
Performs competitive analyses to drive strategic insights and actions.
Translates business opportunities and issues into financial analyses. Develops business cases with recommendations to management.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
2+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, investment banking, or related field
Bonus Points If You Have:
Master's degree in finance, business, or related field
4+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, investment banking, or related field

Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
