Position Overview:
HEALS, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is either experienced or eager to learn how to work with children and make a lasting, positive impact in the community. This role offers the unique opportunity to work in a school-based environment where you can truly make a difference in the lives of underserved children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality dental care to children, including bi-annual cleanings, X-rays, extractions, sealants, crowns, and fillings
- Work collaboratively with medical, dental, and optometry professionals to ensure holistic care for students
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and child-friendly environment
- Meet or exceed an expected production target of $2,500 per day
Requirements:- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Current Alabama dental license or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Alabama
- Comfortable or willing to learn how to work with children and provide care in a school-based setting
- Motivated to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of underserved children
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Pay: $150,000.00 - $207,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
