Job Overview - Project Analyst (Construction):
Join our client in Chester County, PA, as a Project Analyst, providing financial analysis, project profitability insights, and supporting billing and cost management in the construction industry. This hybrid role is essential for driving efficiency and accurate financial reporting across various projects.
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000/year + bonus
Location: Chester County, PA
Responsibilities as the Project Analyst (Construction):
- Project Analysis: Perform project cost and profitability analysis to track financial performance.
- Cost Accruals & Billing: Manage cost accruals, process billing, and ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Financial Reporting: Generate reports and provide financial updates to project managers.
- Budget & Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting for ongoing construction projects.
Qualifications for the Project Analyst (Construction):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance (Construction industry preferred).
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Sage Intacct, Procore, or similar software preferred.
- Traits: Hard-working, trustworthy, personable, and outgoing.
