Intralox, L.L.C., the world leader in conveyor equipment solutions utilizing modular plastic conveyor belts, is looking for an energetic, self-motivated person to join its global Manufacturing Operations group as a Business Analyst. This position will be responsible for analysis on strategic projects, capacity planning, developing & reporting metrics, and empowering business leaders to make data-driven decisions. You will report directly to the Manufacturing Improvement Team Manager and work closely with independent and cross-functional groups across the Company.

Responsibilities
- Work with Analysts across Manufacturing (Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Assembly, and Procurement) to refine and report on operating metrics
- Maintain production metrics and the Power BI model so that production teams have up-to-date information
- Leverage data and work with Manufacturing Supervisors and Leaders to help them make good business decisions
- Labor content analysis and optimization across Injection Molding and Assembly
- Provide analytical support for strategic projects, such as new facilities, new IT systems, manufacturing methods, labor optimization, and inventory & replenishment strategies
- Develop justifications for capital investments on capacity, automation, and systems
- Manufacturing process optimization – continuous improvement focus
- Draft and present department update presentations
- Manage and Update data systems and data tables
- Assist with the development and maintenance of BI Reporting Models
Requirements
- 1-3 Years’ Experience in Manufacturing, Investment Banking, Consulting or Coding
- Degree Required. Business, Engineering, Data Science, or Computer Science Degree Preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including VBA Required; Power BI Experience Preferred
- Experience with ERP, specifically Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Preferred; Preference given to those with Warehouse Management, MRP, Advanced Supply Chain Planning experience
- Self-Starter – does not need to be told what to do once expectations are set
- Principled thinking with eye towards simplification and continuous improvement
- Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented with a high attention to accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; works well in a team environment
- Experience leading diverse teams, including members from global business departments and vendors preferred
- Hybrid position with a combination of remote and on-site work
