Position Overview
As a Senior Pricing Leader, you will develop and implement pricing strategies that contribute to sustainable growth and profitability, collaborating with regional business leaders and cross-functional teams to align with Solenis’ strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Pricing Strategy Development: Design and implement pricing strategies that support revenue growth and market share.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, product management, and finance teams to execute pricing strategies.
- Compliance & Control: Maintain internal controls to ensure all pricing activities align with Solenis' policies.
- Negotiation & Strategic Recommendations: Support contract negotiations with expert pricing recommendations.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track pricing performance and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making.

Key Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of pricing experience in a multinational corporate environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with pricing tools and techniques is a plus.
