Primary purpose of the position:
The role serves as a subject matter expert in the GSS end-to-end delivery process and is accountable to resolve complex problems that affect successful execution of the process. The individual will collaborate across the organization and provide exceptional internal/external customer satisfaction. The Sr. Shared Services Portfolio Analyst should have understanding of continuous improvement methods and ability to facilitate process improvement activities or transformation efforts.
Essential Responsible Areas:
- Execute established operational processes within GSS governance end-to-end process, following standardized procedures and guidelines. Contributes to the team effort in building a high-performing team through strong collaboration, effective communication, and support in additional project work.
- Leads the development, facilitation and management of GSS Services end to end governance processes.
- Leads the development and management of ServiceNow tool to support E2E process.
- Effectively liaison with the technical support team that supports Service Now to monitor and test the effectiveness of technical changes.
- Leads the communication and training for associated change of E2E processes across GSS.
- Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks by spotting inconsistencies to produce accurate work.
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless handoffs and collaboration throughout the process.
- Researches issues, collects data, analyses information and/or root cause, and finds resolution to discrepancies in a timely manner. Escalates as appropriate to different stakeholders.
- Acts as the primary point of contact in the execution of day-to-day tasks including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing analysis. May act as a point of escalation for other team members.
- Positively interacts with team members and internal/external customers to provide high-quality outcomes.
- Takes initiative to identify inefficiencies within processes and advocates for improved efficiency, performance and quality. Will participate and may lead process improvement exercises.
- Adheres to organizational standards, maintains accurate records and documentation, and follows SOPs to ensure adherence to SOX and/or regulatory requirements (where applicable).
- All other assignments associated with above mentioned tasks, which employer assigns to employee.
Professional & Education Qualification
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent.
- Job-related experience for 5 years minimum.

Knowledge
- Strong skills in Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge in ServiceNow SPM Module preferred.
- In-depth understanding of shared services processes, methodologies and best practices.
- Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]
- Hiring Salary Range: $83,200 - $124,660 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
- This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
