Salary: $48,000 - $55,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of accounting for a portfolio of properties, including monthly close processes, financial statement preparation, and budget analysis.
- Reconcile bank accounts, tenant ledgers, and vendor accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable for assigned properties, maintaining detailed records of transactions.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, property management agreements, and accounting standards.
