Responsibilities:
- You will have an immediate opportunity to leverage your experience and add value as you’re integrated and regularly involved in management meetings regarding firm strategy, clientele, training and development, time management, best practices, etc.
- Strengthen your business development skills as you work closely with the Partners while delivering solutions to and building valuable relationships with the owners and financial leaders of the firm’s most prominent clients.
- Become the leader you would be glad to have as you mentor a strong group of staff and senior associates who value feedback and are eager to learn how to recognize a business’ needs and become a true advisor.
