Your mission : As a Experienced Senior Internal Auditor , you will provide assurance and advice on the organization’s governance, risk management and control processes to help the firm achieve its strategic, operational, financial and compliance objectives. You will participate in the elaboration of the audit plan and deliver a wide range of internal audit engagements. You will work in a team, sharing your knowledge with more junior team members. You will be the deputy of the Internal audit Leader and will participate in the Audit Committee.
Be a part of our team where you will:
- Provide active support to the Internal Audit (IA) leader in defining the annual audit plan based on a risk assessment performed at firm level;
- Perform more complex IA missions; ensure the follow-up of the recommendations;
- Manage time and workload to ensure all missions are timely executed;
- Coach more junior internal auditors and participate in the elaboration of the IA training plan;
- Provide high quality suggestions to improve the internal control framework within the firm;
- Participate in internal audit working groups within the PwC network and in Luxembourg;
- Take on the back-up of the IA leader and liaise with senior management.
Let’s talk about you. If you have …
- A master’s degree or equivalent in Audit, Economics or Management; other areas of expertise in IT would be considered as an asset;
- A wide experience in audit (internal or external). You have a good understanding of accounting principles, control procedures, audit techniques, computer systems, and general business operations. You are also familiar with Big 4 activities and culture.
- People skills and ability to liaise and operate effectively with people at all levels, including management level, both internally and externally.
- Very good analytical and communication skills in English and French, as well as professional criticism;
- A risk & quality-oriented mind. You act with integrity & confidentiality and you can work both in full autonomy and as part of a team;
- A professional qualification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CISA (Certified Information System Auditor) would be considered as an asset.
