About the Job:
The Sales Enablement Manager will enhance and drive our training program for the Life Insurance vertical. This role will be responsible for both onboarding new Account Managers and driving ongoing sales training efforts.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Assisting in the design, delivery, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the existing sales onboarding program to reduce ramp times.
- Delivering onboarding programs both in person and virtually, as needed. Monitoring new hire and new-to-role progress and communicate regular status updates to key stakeholders in Sales Enablement and Sales Management.
- Managing a blended learning model to include classroom, webinars, self-paced, and event-based training, leveraging conventional and new technologies.
- Assisting in maintaining training content in the Learning Management System to ensure that it is relevant, accurate and current.
- Assisting in developing, contributing, and maintaining sales enablement resources and materials including learning paths, certification programs, sales playbooks, and a content library.
- Supporting planning and implementing all internal sales events, as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales enablement experience, adult education, Learning & Development and/or program management.
- Insurance Industry Experience in both P&C and Life and Health required. Life and Health Insurance License preferred.
- Excellent presentation and delivery skills, oral and written communication and prioritization and organization skills. Strong ability to represent concepts as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas into a curriculum with a strong sense of how sales professionals think, operate, and absorb training.
- Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training a sales org successfully with measurable results in fast-paced environments. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Experience in developing training guides and/or modules for consumption by a broad audience; this includes the use of presentations, interactive sales exercises, and other sales training content development.
- Collaborative working style and experience working across multiple teams to drive innovation and execution.
