Responsibilities
- Perform part destruct testing
- Perform SPC readings on check fixtures
- Assist in the collection and identification of non-conforming parts
- Perform layered process audits
- Perform inspection of parts staged for shipment
- Perform inspection of incoming purchased product and record data
- Perform inspection of received steel
Qualifications
- Knowledge of quality systems
- Prefer previous use of quality tools such as CMM, calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Prefer previous experience with blueprint reading
- Computer skills
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds repetitively during shift
- Able to use basic hand tools
- Able to multi-task and work independently
