What will you do?
- Ensure a successful business transformation, particularly in Upstream Planning, as we transition from legacy systems to the latest SAP version
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with an agile mindset to enhance Global Supply Chain operations
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders across multiple projects to align the deployed solution with end-to-end operational needs
- Lead business requirement gathering and contribute to delivering significant business value
What skills and capabilities will make you successful? - Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), Make-to-Order (MTO) flows
- Change management, communication, leadership, and management competencies
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, make decisive decisions, and deliver results
- Aptitude for learning and working in new IT systems

Who will you report to? What qualifications will make you successful for this role? - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration (preferred) with 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or upstream flow control
- Proficiency in planning and procurement operations at manufacturing plants (forecasting, procurement)
- Experience with planning and procurement tools such as OneMM, Kinaxis, SupplyOn
