Overview
Join IGT as a Senior Business Analyst, SAP Finance and take part in a unique opportunity to contribute to our finance systems and integrations. As an important member of our team, you will collaborate with experts to ensure flawless functionality and drive significant improvements in our SAP Finance landscape.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead all aspects of the SAP Finance team members' work efforts, consisting of both internal and external resources, without having direct reports.
- Support and guide team members along a career track to continuously improve performance; provide regular feedback on performance and define development plans to build individual capabilities.
- Collaborate across the ERP team to improve internal teaming, ways of working, and practices that foster the development of a high-performing team.
- Support the ERP Leader in developing workforce plans that optimize ERP team capabilities and capacity to meet business needs.
Projects and Programs
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement, share findings with teams and leaders, build action plans and work with the technology group to implement improvements.
- Organizing workshops with multiple customers, partners, and team members to develop Solution Models that clearly convey technical concepts for the user community.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide solution architecture artifacts to align solution capabilities with the IGT enterprise architecture principles.
- Develop work scope and request for proposal documentation as appropriate to fully enable and incorporate Technology partners.
- Lead the design of finance ERP applications, with SAP as the core capability.
- Coordinate and quality assure the configuration of all approved ERP applications while collaborating with technical and integration subject matter experts on any integrations.
- Provide comprehensive support to the ERP Support team for troubleshooting, incident resolution, improvements, maintenance, and upgrades.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of hands-on experience working with Enterprise System technologies, specifically SAP technologies within Finance in an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity and expertise with existing/future SAP tech stack/platforms: e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Finance (General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Consolidation).
- Knowledge of connected capabilities desirable, especially Vertex (Tax), Workflow, Medius, Blackline, Concur.
- Practical experience in developing end-to-end business process solutions using SAP technology and applications in a global business.
- Experience with cloud-native solutions and architectures as well as cloud security principles.
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is highly desirable.
- Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) certification is beneficial.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $106,250 - $250,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
