POSITION SUMMARY:
HGreg is looking for vehicle assessment specialist appraisers to assess vehicle condition, evaluate and calculate the value of vehicles of varying condition. The schedule for this position is flexible and weekends are required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Conduct accurate vehicle condition assessment by collecting, reviewing, recording and communicating all required information about customer appraisals.
- Calculate the value of the vehicle, including review of repair cost estimates, auction and book values, based on inventory needs.
- Perform accurate vehicle optioning and description recording for inventory vehicles.
- Other assigned tasks as needed.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Computer skills.
- Able to perform in a team environment.
EDUCATION:
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicles and/or insurance work is a plus.
- Weekend availability required.
