MP Group, Inc. is the work-life balance accounting firm! Being a CPA should be part of your life — not your whole life.
This is a demanding industry that historically asks its workers to put in many hours during peak season; for this reason, leadership at MP Group brings flexible work schedule opportunities to offset peak season's rigors and encourage you to prioritize your well-being.
At MP Group, we prioritize learning & development and seek to support employees at all levels to promote balance in a demanding industry. Our open-door policy ensures that employees always feel comfortable asking their superiors questions and seeking support, and during non-peak seasons, we offer 1 remote day a week + every other Friday off to allow for flexibility and encourage work-life balance. We're a small, close-knit team, and morale is deeply important to us — we hope you'll consider joining our firm.
