(Senior) Business Strategy Manager, Private Banking

Responsibilities

Prepare regular management reports for performance monitoring and expense control, and ensure timely and accurate information delivery to management
Interpret financial trends and explain deviations from budget, historical trend etc
Coordinate and formulate, and track the KPI for the department and corresponding business units
Provide periodical sales and the overall business performance analysis, identify business opportunities/ weaknesses, and recommend solutions to optimise the sales performance and business plans
Perform budget and forecast process, and ensure accuracy and awareness of circumstances that could impact it
Provide management report with all essential accurate information on ad hoc basis for strategic planning
Develop MIS and drive business growth by providing analysis of results and reporting key metrics
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on development and implementation of system projects

Requirements

Degree or above with at least 3 years relevant experience in banking industry
Strong financial and business analytical skills
Excellent communications and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written. Fluent in Putonghua.
Be self-motivated, energetic, creative and enthusiastic for new challenges
Proficient in MS Office application (Excel VBA is a plus) and Chinese input method
