We currently have an exciting career opportunity in our Finance team for a Senior Finance Analyst based out of our Parsippany office in a hybrid capacity.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. This position will be part of the firm’s internal finance team and will support the client-facing regions across the firm.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the health of the business.
- Analyze, interpret, and communicate revenue and cost variances to Leadership.
- Assist in building and developing financial models to support business decisions.
- Create and maintain monthly reporting packages to support practice area leadership.
- Work with billing/collections team and partner group to assess the status of Accounts Receivable and Work In Process.
- Contribute toward the preparation and completion of all budgeting and forecasting processes. Heavy interaction with various departments, i.e., HR, Marketing, Finance.
- Contribute toward various month-end processes ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with team members onshore and offshore to support business operations.
- Think outside of the box at a higher level while being able to multitask in a high-paced environment.
- Coordinate with various departments, i.e., HR, Marketing, Finance to accurately reforecast various operating expenses line items.
- Work with large data sets to analyze results and activities, while producing necessary reports.
- Train client-facing staff to navigate self-service reporting tools such as client-related dashboards.
- Participate in Ad Hoc Projects and involvement in larger firmwide projects as needed.
YOUR EXPERIENCE.
The successful candidate will have:
- 4+ years of work experience in FP&A, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Knowledge of Adaptive WorkDay, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Power BI preferred.
- Experience in creating and delivering reports that are concise and comprehensible.
- Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
