Sr Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst

Links Technology Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Sr Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to fill an opening with an Aerospace company.
Responsibilities of the Sr Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst- Prepare, develop and coordinate our integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet our program objectives.
- Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts utilizing various project management techniques.
- Evaluate the level of schedule compliance and identify reasons for completion shortfalls.
Qualifications of the Sr Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field and 10 years or more of related work experience.
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Project Professional.
- Knowledge of DCMA 14-point & IPMR DI_MGMT-81861.
- Understanding of Mil Standard 881.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Understanding and application of Critical Path Analysis and Schedule Risk Analysis.
- Understanding of and application of Schedule Performance and Health Metric Analysis.
- Knowledge of engineering design and life cycle concepts.
- Knowledgeable of how to assemble and build an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Understanding of Event versus Product based schedules.
- Understanding of Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development.
- Understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development.
- Experience in the development and maintenance of resource loaded integrated master schedules, including detailed schedule analysis and critical/driving path analysis.
- Experience in facilitation of resource leveling; validation of remaining work; identification and resolution of critical path conflicts.
- Ability to work across multiple software systems and comprehend system relationships.
- Ability to develop and conduct relevant stakeholder learning sessions.
- Foundational understanding of Program Management processes.
- Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Knowledge of Cobra is a plus.
