With the investor Cinven at our side, we want to accelerate our growth by establishing a world-class go-to-market team on top of an outstanding product and fanatic user base.
The role and your impact
Our inbound sales processes are highly automated and free our account administration team from many recurring tasks, however, selling software is a people business and customers like to communicate with real people. The mixture of efficiency and friendliness that characterizes our account administration team is a result of keeping response times as short as possible while maintaining a personal touch. We are adding to our local capacity in US time zones and strive to offer our current and future customers a unique buying experience.
Responsibilities
- represent think-cell in all our inbound communication
- respond to incoming email inquiries and calls and help our customers when purchasing licenses and placing their orders
- work together with our outbound sales team to identify and move forward opportunities and clear administrative obstacles for closing a sale
- work together with our resellers and train new ones to ensure their alignment with our sales procedures
- focus on building long-lasting customer relationships, because most of our first-time customers turn into recurring customers
- although sales experience is not necessary for this position, we expect you to quickly get up to speed and be able to communicate on an equal basis with tech-savvy purchasing agents
- work in a team of international colleagues in a flat organizational structure
- outgoing, well-spoken, and have some understanding of computer technology and office software
- work from our offices located in Denver
Your profile
- university degree or professional training preferred
- experience in administrative or sales support roles
- familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce) and sales related tools
- experience in a SaaS or tech environment welcomed
- strong communication & customer service skills
- attention to detail and accuracy
- analytical and problem-solving abilities
- experience in a customer-facing role
- open and outgoing
- passion for working with interesting customers & coworkers
- fluent in written and spoken English
