What You Will Do
The Analyst will maintain the relationship between the Quality Assurance, Operations Risk Management back into the NA Regional Transportation organization, serving as the conduit of information flowing in/out of Transportation. You will also represent Transportation Quality requirements related to inbound/outbound processes, providing process design input to the Deliver.
- Open & investigate transportation nonconformances, perform impact/risk assessments, gather objective evidence from necessary internal and external sources, identify the root cause of the issues, ensure the issues are corrected, and develop preventive actions to eliminate recurrence.
- Initiate change controls for transportation related operations as required.
- Focus on key Quality metrics owned by the RTO such as Investigation and CAPA Timeliness and CAPA Aging & Effectiveness.
- Develop partnerships with external service providers through strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to drive investigation and CAPA closure and identify & implement process improvements.
- Provide a strong ability to influence others while maintaining integrity and trust, by keeping a continuous focus on effective communications.
- Actively maintain RTO colleagues’ awareness of QA processes, policies, procedures, and knowledge by acting as a resource.
- Be a change agent that will foster a quality-driven culture, promote innovative practices that ensure quality and success, and integrate quality practices and accountability into RTO Operations activities. Expected to leverage and bring creative solutions to define compliant, consistent processes and process improvements with flexibility for business needs, thus providing the best total value to the company and to the Enterprise Supply Chain Deliver Organization.
- Provide & maintain trend analysis for multiple partners with different interests. Discover, report, and follow up on trends.
- Drive 3rd party carrier performance improvements via investigations, CAPAs, data & trend transparency, and partnering with the RTO and Sourcing.
- Accountable for participating in the audit program as needed.
- Manage multiple priorities successfully and work independently while demonstrating initiative, applying a strong background of demonstrated analytical experience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Provide Transportation Quality support and subject matter expertise in business processes and systems.
Desired Qualifications
- Focused degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, and/or Operations preferred.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas- Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and/or Engineering
- Advanced experience manipulating data with Excel macros.
- Project management experience and/or PMP/FPX certification
- APICS, Six Sigma and/or LEAN Belt certification
- Experience communicating with Senior-level leadership (Director/VP level)
- Order Management process and/or ERP experience (such as SAP)
- Proven success working in complex, multi-disciplinary, virtual, organization where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist.
- Proven ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value.
- Demonstrated customer passion, customer-centric mentality.

- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $73,000 to $117,300.

Job Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience required
- Intermediate Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
- Strong collaboration skills, able to influence without authority, and have a creative approach.
- Demonstrated successful negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- A strong analytical background and solid analytical skills
