The Opportunity
Our location in Abbott Park, IL, currently has an opportunity for a Supervisor Finance - FP&A.
The Abbott Nutrition Headquarters (ANHQ) FP&A Supervisor will have key responsibilities of supporting planning and reporting processes for Abbott’s $8Bn revenue nutrition division. This position is responsible for supporting and leading the quarterly LBE/Planning process as well as other areas of responsibilities within the Financial Planning and Analysis team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the division in activities related to business strategies, management/executive reporting, and presentations.
- Support and organize the LBE/Actuals Balance Sheet processes from a headquarters perspective.
- Actively support various ad-hoc financial requests – division, corporate, investor relations.
- Assist in identification and implementation of process improvements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRING
Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
- Minimum 6 years of combined Finance/Accounting experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, problem solving, variance analysis skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and with senior management.
- Effective communication and prioritization of assignments.
