Controller - Construction
Our client located in the South Florida area is looking for a Controller with Construction Experience. Duties include the following:
- Oversees staff of 4
- Create monthly financial statements
- Income Statement/Balance Sheet
- Job Cost to Date Report/WIP (Work in Process)
- General Ledger Detail
- Bank Reconciliations
- General Journal Entries
- Cash Forecasting
- Payroll Summary / Preprocess Register/Certified Payrolls
- In charge of reviewing all payables that are entered into the accounting system
- In charge of AR Aging Reports and all Billing
- Administration of Benefits
- Human Resources – keep up with payroll, health insurance and 401K benefits
Salary up to 100k plus discretionary bonus and Benefits.
