About This Role:
Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Management Analyst III! The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Corporate Business Office (Code 106).
Responsibilities:
- Assist Corporate Business office functions.
- Assist the Division Deputy BD in providing connectivity between support departments and technical departments for business functions and supporting strategic planning and execution.
- Provide support to the following programs, but not limited to them: Technical Heath Capabilities Assessment (TCHA), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Capital Investment Program (CIP), Support Agreements.
- Develop and work with analytics tools such as Power BI and using varied data sources.
- Provide administrative support with the data science competency as needed.
The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
- Critical thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Great attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of PowerBI.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Education: B.S. in related fields
Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Years of Professional Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience
The “Nice-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
As partners in our team's success, we offer a comprehensive compensation structure that includes competitive base salaries, performance-based incentives, spot bonuses, referral bonuses, and more. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,000 to $88,000 (Annually USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
