The Fund Development Manager is a key member of the NOAAM leadership team responsible for co-building an annual fund plan and executing all activities tied to that annual fund. This includes managing the grants calendar and writing all grants, developing a process for donor cultivation, managing sponsorships, overseeing the planning of all fundraising events, and developing systems to maximize fundraising capacity. NOAAM is actively building and implementing a “decolonize the museum” model. The new Fund Development Manager will be a thought partner on shifting how museums can be funded, with a focus on applying community-centric fundraising principles to the resource development department.
