Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting. Professional certifications (e.g. ACCA, CA) are preferred.
- Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience across audit, FP&A and management/financial reporting in MNC.
- Knowledge of project accounting will be a strong plus. Prior experiences with renewables energy business preferred.
- Advanced-level Excel skills with budget/forecast modeling experiences is a must.
- Knowledge of ERP system. Experience with Microsoft Business Central will be a strong plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative analysis skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly consolidated management reporting and performance review slides for the APAC region with comparison to budget and forecast.
- Collaborate with accounting team for quarterly statutory and management reporting reconciliation.
- Drive and prepare annual budget, Long Term Plan (LTP) and regular forecast.
- Develop Excel templates to gather and consolidate financial and operational information for budget and long-term plan.
- Work with HQ for budget and LTP data input and extraction using group planning system-Anaplan.
- Gain deep understanding of business and processes and be part of major business/strategic discussions.
- Collaborate with business development, sales, project teams in different countries for project controlling (PPA signing, COD etc) and variance analysis.
- Work closely with accounting team on the costs gathering for different costs objects e.g. regular project, M&A project, costs center and country.
- Prepare monthly APAC PL by projects. Monitor the performance of each project and variance analysis on project cost and profit between budget and actual.
- Collaborate with accounting team, HR and TotalEnergies affiliates to break and analyze the inter-co recharge.
- Setup and prepare monthly APAC PL reporting by costs center and country.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the ERP system as finance super user. Collaborate with stakeholders and drive finance system upgrades/implementation.
- Work with accounting and operational team to enhance data collection and reporting capabilities. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data in relevant systems.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes and systems. Implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling to support special projects, new initiatives, and strategic initiatives.
- Act according to TotalEnergies policies and compliance values.
Organizational structure and responsibility designed for Singapore hub and the extension of support to other GRP business lines.
