Operations Analyst (Multifamily Housing)

We are actively interviewing for an Operations Analyst to join our growing Portfolio Performance team located in Franktown, CO. This is a great opportunity for anyone from recent college graduates to industry professionals who truly have a desire and passion for real estate.
Purpose: Maximizes Net Operating Income (NOI) across Monarch’s full multifamily portfolio by identifying and implementing effective operational strategies to increase other income, reduce expenses, and increase efficiencies. Manages a variety of product/service evaluations, operational interventions, analyses, and other projects. Partners with teams company-wide to meet needs and deliverables.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Optimize property operations, value, and services by analyzing, proposing, and implementing solutions.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Design recurring reports to track and manage various implementations (new processes, vendors, systems, etc.).
- Manage ongoing operational compliance initiatives, vendor relationships, ancillary projects, or contracts as assigned.
- Assist on-site teams to address weaknesses (i.e., lease an apartment, complete a work order, etc.).
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Management, Economics, and/or related field.
- 2+ years of industry and/or internship experience in a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/spreadsheet applications, demonstrating how to effectively and quickly manipulate large data sets.
- Strong organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional work ethic and customer service orientation.
- Adaptability and attentiveness toward problem-solving.
