POSITION OVERVIEW
The Fontainebleau Rewards Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of the Loyalty Club, aimed at enhancing customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer loyalty programs and exceptional leadership skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Design and implement a comprehensive loyalty program that aligns with the company's overall strategy and objectives. Create innovative initiatives, rewards, and promotions to attract and retain customers.
- Develop short-term and long-term strategies for the Loyalty Club, considering market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.
- Lead efforts to acquire new loyalty club members through targeted marketing campaigns, referrals, and partnerships. Develop strategies to engage existing members through personalized communication, exclusive offers, and tailored experiences.
- Utilize customer data and analytics to track the performance of the loyalty program. Regularly analyze key metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Make data-driven decisions to enhance the program's effectiveness.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop cohesive marketing materials, including digital and print assets, to promote the loyalty program. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution and delivery of loyalty rewards and benefits.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors, technology providers, and partners involved in the loyalty program's execution. Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
- Develop and manage the budget for the Loyalty Club program, including expenses related to rewards, marketing, technology, and operational costs. Ensure responsible allocation of resources to achieve program objectives.
- Build and lead a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Loyalty Club. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to members.
- Develop clear and effective communication strategies to promote the loyalty program internally and externally. Keep stakeholders informed about program updates, milestones, and successes.
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in loyalty program management, marketing, or related role.
- Proven experience in loyalty program management, customer relationship management, or a similar role, with a successful track record of driving customer engagement and loyalty.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize program performance.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer data platforms (CDPs), loyalty software, and data analytics tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and innovation in developing new ideas and strategies for the loyalty club program.
- Familiarity with customer loyalty trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- A passion for customer experience, relationship building, and driving brand loyalty.
- Ability to actively influence and drive collaboration with individuals or groups at various levels within and outside of the organization.
- Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the organization through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and teams.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position supervises all hourly positions within the Loyalty Club.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

SALARY
$80000 per year - $90000 per year
