Job Description
The ideal Business Analyst is detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and a broad understanding of the operational and financial impacts of inventory accuracy. This individual is responsible for supporting the site Operations team with a high-level overview of the daily operation process flow. This individual will also focus on customer service and operational standards through leveraging data, information, and root cause analysis.
A day in the life...
- Design, build, manage, and evolve reporting, dashboards, and other self-service tools for our key stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their analytics needs and look for opportunities to enhance our product dispositions.
- Collaborate with other Analysts and Engineers to develop data/table structures, optimizing for Dashboards and other self-service needs.
- Offer strategic guidance to both analysts and business teams on how to best leverage our tools.
- Serve as a partner in providing business requirements to the various Supply Chain, Merchandise, and Transportation teams.
- Maintain efficient Quality Assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and quality of data.
- Provide exceptional customer service through professionalism, ownership, and initiative.
You own this if you have...
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a business analyst.
- Knowledge of business tools, processes and systems used in Supply Chain.
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency with SQL and Warehouse Management Systems/Warehouse Engineering System.
- Proficiency with database queries and data analysis.
- Experience developing business process flows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively.

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations. California: $60,500- $94,000 annually.
