You will provide support in a Senior Analyst role to the Identity Access Management Solutions (IAMS) business area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly analysis of Business Area financial results and prepare management presentations. Investigate variances from historical performance and against forecasts highlighting key business drivers.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Translate financial analysis into clear data-driven storylines and insights.
- Closely partner with the business and build strong working relationships.
- Support the quarterly & annual forecast processes including planning for spend, headcount, cost savings, and investments by business unit.
- Create financial models to support P&L planning and analysis.
- Provide financial insights to aid in assessing risk and highlight opportunities to achieve the financial commitments; independently, be able to identify issues, and provide solutions.
- Proactively establish insightful analytics and develop the right operational processes that enable groups to see around the corner and support cross-functional alignment.
- Assist and advise IAM Solutions Controller in preparation of Business Area strategy requirements, including what-if scenario planning. Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to Business Area managers.
- Create analysis reports and support others in the Business Area with reporting requirements.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial presentations for business reviews and other executive meetings.
- Improve systems and processes to increase accuracy and/or efficiency.
- Complete special projects and ad hoc analysis timely and accurately as assigned.
Qualifications:

- Complete End-To-End understanding of P&L analysis.
- Thorough understanding of business forecasting and financial modeling.
- Self-starter with strong communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work in a global environment.
- Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP.
- Ability to thrive in matrixed organization.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 4 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
- Experience working in a high tech, fast-paced work environment.
Language Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. with advanced Excel skills required.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system.
- Advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of HFM or similar financial reporting system.
