Position Summary
As a Client Executive you will play a critical role in managing and expanding our client relationships within the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors. You will be responsible for providing strategic insurance advice, ensuring comprehensive coverage, and delivering superior client service. This position requires a strong understanding of the property and casualty insurance landscape, including General Liability (GL), Workers’ Compensation (WC), Auto, and Umbrella policies, with experience in both loss sensitive and guaranteed cost programs. Additionally, experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or transactional risk insurance is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries.
- Assess client insurance needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations.
- Manage the entire insurance process, including policy renewals, claims handling, and risk management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective insurance solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review insurance programs, address concerns, and present new solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks that may impact clients.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and cross-sell additional insurance products and services.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, preferably with a focus on architecture, engineering, and construction clients.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Experience with both loss sensitive and guaranteed cost insurance programs.
- Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) or transactional risk insurance.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex information and provide strategic advice.
- Proficient in using insurance management software and tools.
- Professional designations (CPCU, ARM, CIC) are a plus.
